SALES
Job Purpose:

At Pleio, we make a profound impact on people who are treating a broad range of health conditions, and we have 10 years of success.  Healthcare is complicated, and Pleio helps patients feel less overwhelmed so that they are empowered to take their medication as prescribed. With our proprietary pharmacy network data, we identify people on specific medications, and we reach them with human and digital solutions to improve the patient experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Partner with the VP, Sales to manage sales preparation, outreach, and follow up
  • Use (easy to learn) proprietary company software to help prospect and identify appropriate pharma partners
  • Research current customers and prospects to identify needs and demonstrate how Pleio can solve client objectives
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other industry tools to build new company relationships with decision makers and influencers
  • Key contributor to Salesforce CRM system to manage company sales pipeline and client/prospect mapping
  • Occasional travel to clients nationwide, and to co-manage booth/exhibitor presence at healthcare conferences
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries in sales, account management or client services/customer success
    • Having experience working with pharmacy chains is a plus
  • Basic skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Salesforce is preferred, but not required (easy to learn)
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail
  • A desire to grow your knowledge about healthcare and sales management

We have built a national pharmacy network, we identify people on specific medications, and we reach them with human and digital solutions to improve the patient experience. As we continue to scale, building our pharmacy network is a critical need.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reports to VP, Sales who has oversight for Pharmacy Sales, and Sales to Pharmaceutical customers
  • Responsible for building relationships with new pharmacy partners, including identifying key customers and decision makers, presenting Pleio value offering, and signing Business Associates Agreements
  • Use of Salesforce required to help track customers and progress (no prior Salesforce experience necessary)
  • Occasional travel to pharmacy headquarters nationwide, as well as booth/exhibitor presence at healthcare conferences

Qualifications:

This role is designed to focus on pharmacy customers. Candidate should have experience working with or selling in to pharmacies.

ANALYTICS
Job Purpose:

The Data Analyst / Data Scientist delivers analytical solutions using programming, data-mining, statistics, machine-learning and visualization techniques.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Understanding complex analytic issues through discussion with operational staff
  • Constructing analytic datasets using SQL
  • Building and deploying machine learning models
  • Communicating findings through presentations and dashboards
  • The Data Scientist writes clean, performant, reusable code to perform to train and deploy models in cloud and on-prem environments
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries working with electronic medical record data.
  • Experience programming at an intermediate to advanced skill level with a high-level programming language such as R or Python.
  • Experience programming at a basic to intermediate proficiency level in SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex analytical and technical information.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience in researching and resolving data issues with a logical, instinctive, and problem-solving mentality working with large, complex and incomplete sources.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and experience working independently on multiple projects with competing priorities and a strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare machine learning is preferred.

Expectations:

Pleio GoodStarters are instrumental in providing patients with emotional support and encouragement when they need it the most. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable creating meaningful connections with patients through scripted phone calls. You will be trained on empathetic listening, diffusion techniques, and redirecting conversations. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (REQUIRED)
  • English speaking or bilingual in English/Spanish (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to focus on repetitive tasks day-to-day
  • Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
  • Apt technical skills and experience working in a remote environment

Requirements:

  • 18 years old (or older)
  • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Not a resident of CA, OH, ND, WA, or WY
  • Pass background and anti-bribery check
  • Must own a Windows desktop or laptop computer with internet access
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • CANNOT be a licensed or registered doctor, nurse, or pharmacist

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and ability to provide effective leadership to a team in a cloud environment.
  • Must have call center experience at the leadership level including an in-depth understanding of call center metrics, quality assurance, call center technology and terminology.

  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
