Job Purpose:

The Data Analyst / Data Scientist delivers analytical solutions using programming, data-mining, statistics, machine-learning and visualization techniques.

Duties and responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Pleio is seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our pharmaceutical clients. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for successful implementation, on-going client management, KPI achievement, and program renewal, ensuring timely and profitable results for both our customers and the company. Responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with Pleio’s patient engagement programs.
  • Needs Assessment and Program Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific requirements, goals, and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored programs that meet client needs effectively. Gain deep understanding of the Pleio platform and program delivery to deliver best practices to client needs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services. Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues, and provide regular updates to clients. Manage the client to maintain scope creep, assess risk, ensure renewal, and upsell of new and valuable functionality.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing clients, leading to increased revenue and long-term partnerships. Develop strategies to retain clients and mitigate any potential risks.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and guidance on the implementation and utilization of Pleio’s patient engagement programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights to clients and feedback to Pleio team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Analytics, IT, and Marketing, to align strategies, share client feedback, and drive continuous improvement in our programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients at various levels.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator/Analyst. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating that the departmental policies and guidelines are followed and there is an adherence to all testing requirements. This position requires focus on identifying process and systemic problems within the review scope of the assigned project. This position requires a persistent problem finder with the desire to take pride in the quality of the program, to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines, to keep close attention to the smallest details for all aspects of review and testing, and to regularly work directly with the business owners, developers and associated team members to complete reviews and projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Audits Goodstarters inbound and outbound phone calls and/or correspondence, observing performance, techniques, and application of guidelines and procedures.
  • Supports the introduction of, and adherence to, new and existing programs and projects in order to provide constructive feedback for organizational improvements.
  • Proactively addresses potential issues with the respective business owners to ensure timely feedback and training opportunities are met.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Lead/Project Manager to oversee all software and project operations from inception to execution. The TL/PM is responsible for project success, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members, including an offshore development team. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, have experience with PHP/Laravel and being the lead on a software development team while able to multitask successfully under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide program and project leadership in alignment with best practice methodologies and act as the facilitator between teams and organizations.
  • Filter, refine and appropriately assign operational issues, enhancements, features and any client requests appropriately ensuring follow-up and completion.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Pleio software, data, and processes from a user perspective.
