Michael Oleksiw, CEO

Prior to Pleio, he served as the Global Director of Lawson Software’s (Infor) PLM business where his unit achieved the highest Net Promoter (NPS) scores amongst all manufacturing industry clients. Earlier in his career, he commercialized a suite of clinical trials data management software and won awards for the development of mypatient.com CME. He was instrumental in establishing a US owned technology center in China that delivered services to the Fortune 500. While in college, Michael created an Olympic gold medal winning bespoke bicycle manufacturing company. He is graduate of the John Molson School of Business.

Bram Greenberg, M.D., CMO

At Merck, Bram managed a department of highly‐educated and experienced physicians, PhDs, PharmDs, pharmacists, nurses, and education and information specialists, responsible for medical information to healthcare professionals, medical education of the entire Merck sales force in the U.S., and medical/regulatory review of Merck programs and materials. Bram also oversaw the medically‐related customer response activities provided by Merck’s extensive Call Center. He also leveraged his computer science background to initiate and lead a number of key technology projects for Merck. Dr. Greenberg received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in Computers & Medical Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine and did a residency in Pediatrics at Jefferson Medical College. Bram holds medical licenses in NJ and PA, and is board‐certified in Pediatrics.

Abby Reynolds, PharmD, VP Client Services

Post residency, Reynolds managed and developed clinical programs for Kerr Drug. It was during this time she was exposed to the GoodStart Program, Pleio’s cornerstone adherence program. Reynolds joined the Pleio team in early 2013 and continues to play an integral role in the implementation and management of the GoodStart Program.

Reynolds has received the Parata/Pharmacy Times Next Generation Pharmacist Rising Star of the Year Award. She has served in leadership roles for the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and the North Carolina Alliance for Health Communities. She is an active member of these organizations as well as Alliance, as well as the American Pharmacists Association.

Geri-Lynn Kushneryk, CFO

She was also a Principal of Garage Technology Ventures Canada, one of CDP’s fund investments. Before joining CDP, Geri-Lynn was responsible for several domestic and international acquisition projects at Bell ActiMedia, a subsidiary of Canada’s largest telecommunications carrier. She was also among a group handpicked to conceive and develop Bell Canada’s B2B portal, BellZinc, an online media and e-commerce portal serving small and medium sized businesses. Geri-Lynn began her career as a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was an advisor to various companies in the areas of restructuring, project finance and privatization. Geri-Lynn is a graduate of McGill University (Psychology) and from Concordia University (Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy) and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agrées du Québec.

Stephanie Evans, VP Patient Engagement

She started her career in entrepreneurship at the age of 16. Before joining Pleio, as the owner of a small construction company, Ms. Evans successfully evolved it into a multi-dimensional organization, culminating in larger scale million dollar projects. Ms. Evans has professional accreditations in the construction industry, receiving design awards for some of her projects. Ms. Evans has served in leadership roles on boards at the local and state level for Soroptimist, PTA, and City Development, offering expertise in fund raising, operations, and fiscal control of multi-million dollar budgets.

Jere Doyle

Jere is passionate about entrepreneurship. He is experienced at building world-class executive teams, developing and launching innovative products, and building vibrant company cultures. He has a particular expertise in sales, marketing and all areas of customer acquisition. Until the summer of 2012, Jere was the CEO of Prospectiv, a highly-respected online customer acquisition company he founded in 1999 that connects the world’s leading national brands and local and online businesses to new customers. In 2011, Prospectiv was acquired by the Affinion Group, the global leader in customer engagement and loyalty solutions. Jere launched Prospectiv in 1999 and built the Company into the leader in online customer acquisition. With top brands like P&G, Walmart, Pfizer, Sony and hundreds of others as clients, Prospectiv focused on serving as a valuable strategic and cost-effective marketing strategy for brands and businesses looking to acquire female customers aged 25-54. In 2010 Prospectiv launched daily deal site Eversave.com, now a leader in the social commerce marketplace. Jere received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School following his undergraduate studies in marketing and finance at Boston College. He is currently Co-Chair of the Boston College Technology Council, is a member of Launchpad Ventures Group, and in addition to Pleio’s Board serves on the Boards of Brodeur Partners, VERC Enterprises, Flashnotes, Coherent Path, Shuttersong, Keyword Advisors, Privy, Jebbit, OpenBay, Rocket Travel and Ellie Kai. Doyle also serves as an advisor to several smaller ventures and has coached many entrepreneurs.

Zorba Lieberman

In the mid-1990’s, he cofounded and built Citizen 1 Software, which pioneered the effort to organize and mine business-relevant information from the Internet. Previously, Mr. Lieberman was in strategic and new product planning at both Genentech and Eli Lilly, and was a management consultant at The Wilkerson Group. Mr. Lieberman holds BA and MBA degrees from Cornell University, as well as a Masters in international finance from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

Pete Sikora

After Citizen 1’s successful sale to Caredata.com in 1996, Pete remained as part of the integrated company before co-founding Citeline, Inc. in 2000. Citeline is the leading provider of clinical trials competitive intelligence to the pharmaceutical industry, which led to its highly successful acquisition in 2006 by UK-based Informa, Ltd. Pete continued as President of the Citeline division through 2011, successfully guiding his company’s integration before amicably departing and retiring to pursue philanthropic and investment opportunities. Pete is currently Chairman of the Sikora Family Foundation and also serves on the board of directors of the Petaluma Educational Foundation and the board of regents for St. Vincent de Paul High School in Petaluma, Ca. Pete is also a proud varsity coach of the St. Vincent de Paul Lady Mustangs fast pitch softball team, recent two-time North Coast Section Division V champions. Mr. Sikora holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Pete joins the board of Pleio to leverage his vast business and industry expertise to help guide Pleio’s next growth phase.

Shahir Kassam-Adams

At DRG was also the interim Chief Technology Officer and President and CEO of Millennium Research Group, DRG’s Toronto-based medical device business unit. Shahir was also a senior general manager Thomson Reuters and Harcourt. Shahir has been an investor and Board member for several small companies including Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI – acquired by Career Builder), Aileron Solutions, OpenQ, VUCA Health, MMS-Varian, and CCSI. Shahir holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. He has done doctoral-level graduate work at the Harvard Business School and taught undergraduate and graduate level management and technology courses at Harvard University and the University of Virginia.
