Pleio Launches Medication Adherence Support System to US Pharmacies
PLEIO GoodStart™ now available to all pharmacies in the OUTCOMES Personal Pharmacist Network
[Boston, MA August 21, 2008] Pleio Health Support Systems, Inc. (Pleio), in partnership with Outcomes Pharmaceutical Health Care® (Outcomes), announces the US launch of Pleio GoodStart™, a unique medication support system that helps pharmacies counsel, coach and remind patients during their first 100 days on a new medication. Pleio GoodStart supports the ongoing process of adherence through modules that connect Outcomes Personal Pharmacist™ services, phone-based coaching and customized reminder messages by voice, text message and email. Pleio GoodStart is now available to all pharmacies in the Outcomes Personal Pharmacist Network.
